Interesting…

Okay, well interesting to me as an operator of a website. Most of the visitors to both ThirdsphereNet and Sebacea.com are Windows users (followed by Mac users and a handful of Unix/Linux users), but the overwhelmingly favorite browser is Netscape (or derivitives thereof, such as Firefox) followed by IE and Konqueror for the Linux folks. AAAhhhh!!! Frak! *blinks* Okay. James Callis is on Jason and the Argonauts on SciFi. Freaked me out because I just happened to look up and *bam* there's this frakking closeup of his face looking suitably crazed and I'm all 'WTF is Baltar doing in a...

ThirdsphereNet Weekly Update

It was a slow week of updates for ThirdsphereNet primarily due to a busy week. This week's updates: * New Poll: Your Favorite Male Actor on a Recent/Current SciFi Channel Show. So come vote for your favorites! * Review: Doctor Who "Dalek" Spoiler Warning for US Residents! Expected updates for next week: * New Poll: Your Favorite Actress on a Recent/Current SciFi Channel Show. * Fiction Archive updates with older stories from a variety of fandoms. * New Web Links to be added.
Finally finished uploading some 45 images to the ThirdsphereNet Image Gallery. I still need to round up the rest of my pics from the other computer and see about modding the prog to recognize gif files. That or convert them, I guess. Snickering at the Simpsons. The MacGyver/RDA stuff was hilarious.

Miscellaneous stuff…

Feeling much better today. And as expected the peace and quiet at the apartment didn't last. I've decided that the trouble makers a beyond stupid since I saw the final warning notice for lease violations on their door this morning while coming to and from the laundry. Basically a final warning slip at this complex means if any more violations are reported on them within thirty days they get served with a seven day eviction notice. It's not something generally known to the residents except those of use who've been here for more than a year such as myself. Worse...
If everything goes well then tomorrow I'll officially announce the opening of Thirdsphere 2.0. I'm sure there will still be a few minor glitches but at least the site will finally be back up and running as it was intended. Hee!

ThirdsphereNet update

Well, it looks like the new incarnation of ThirdsphereNet is going well even if I feel like my brain is melting from all the coding, uploading, tweaking, and such to get everything back up and running. I think it will be worth it when all is said and done. Still organizing everything and working on all the internals to the site but it's looking pretty decent. For those interested or would like to give some suggestions/feedback you can see the site at the following temporary addy: ThirdsphereNet. There isn't much there on the main page yet and I haven't activated...

ThirdsphereNet update

Supposedly my new web hosts will have resolved the issues with Thirdsphere.Net by friday. They better since I already told them fix it by then or I go elsewhere. It's pissing me off having the site down after their claims of a "hassle free" transfer. Ha! Anyway, if all goes well then the site should be back up and running in it's new incarnation soon, most likely next week at the latest since Spring Break starts tis coming monday. I'm really looking forward to having the revamped site up and running. Some old sections I won't bother changing since they're...
