Yin I was informed today that I and three others are being laid off due to a slowdown in available projects. So basically the four newest employees were released. So friday is the last day there. Kind of bummed about it, but not really upset. Just opens up other opportunities. Yang I went ahead and jumped the gun on updating ThirdsphereNet again. Well going over my reviews for Battlestar Galactica for season 3 I've determined that the overall season rating: 7.5 Funny thing is some of my opinions have changed since the reviews were posted.

Well I'm home sick and bored so... The TAFT Cylons So apparently RDM is saying that Tyrol, Anders, Foster, and Tigh are in fact four of the final five Cylons. For the most part I wouldn't mind this supposed twist if it made any sense. Perhaps Mr. Moore will come up with an reasonable explanation in season 4, but for me it had better be sooner than later. I finally updated the Thirdsphere image archive with another fifty or so icons and bits of artwork, including adding a BSG wallpaper I did sometime back July of 2006 titled Taming the Beast. The image may be viewed here. I also changed the skin to something easier on the eyes. More updates there in the coming days.
A new edition to Jacked Up In the Desert. (I think it's been over a year since I wrote a JUID entry here or at my other blogs.) Subject: The Phoenix Lights I find myself getting extremely annoyed that the myth of the "Phoenix Lights" being UFOs still persists ten years after the so called "event". It find it incomprehensible that people who were actually living on Phoenix at the time of the hub-bub don't remember the military personel admitting the "Lights" were in fact helicopters. I'm happy about BSG getting Season 4 extended, even if I have been somewhat ambivalent about the direction of the show, and apparently the 2 hour 'event'. And Eureka returning soon. Along with SG-1 and Atlantis. And the confirmation of Doctor Who Series Four!
